Research & Advocacy

一道本不卡免费高清Our core work is publishing comprehensive, cutting-edge data to empower you to advocate on behalf of women and girls in your community. The Center produces annual reports, policy briefs, evaluations and white papers available here in our resource library.

The Report on the Status of Women and Girls in California™

First issued in 2012, The Report on the Status of Women & Girls in California™ is the most authoritative and comprehensive compilation of current research focusing on the issues and trends affecting the nearly 20 million women and girls who call California home. The Report's analysis includes demographics, educational attainment, employment and earnings, poverty, media, business leadership, political representation, physical and mental health, violence and veterans.

Original Research: Collectif

To cite original research, we offer a companion anthology to The Report on the Status of Women & Girls in California™, called Collectif. Named as a reference to Mount Saint Mary’s roots in Le Puy, France, this collection highlights white papers and essays created by Mount Saint Mary's faculty, alumni and students.

Special Reports and White Papers

The Center has developed focused research reports for nonprofits, foundations, corporations and government agencies. We also have created A Guide to Using U.S. Census Data一道本不卡免费高清 for community members interested in preparing their own localized reports.

Advocacy Tools

Data is useless if it sits on a shelf. When put to use, data is an effective tool to both educate and spur action. We want to ensure you have both the data and tools needed to advocate on behalf of women and girls in California.

Take Action. Below are four simple ways to start making a difference.
